Finally received my 45 day letter. Dont know if I should be happy that my case exists or sad that it took exactly 3.5 yrs to know that :confused:

One positive news from my side. My attorney recd. the 45-day letter on 1/27/06 and replied to it on 1/30/06. The wait continues although I am hopeful of some good news soon.

Here are my details again:
State: MA
PD: 12/29/2003
Case Source: Region (BOSTON DOL)
EB2/RIR
T-05192-XXXXX -- This may change to P-05192-XXXXX now although I have to check
45-day letter recd. 1/27/06
45-day letter replied 1/30/06
