So is your case now considered Dec 2003 or Sep 2003 ?

Did you ever request a screen shot if so what PD did it show ?

Good way to start 2006. Just got letter by mail from DBEC stating that my ETA 750 form has been certified!

Is the following is true?
My understanding is, only those people who got approved I-140(IInd step) can appy for 3 Year H1B extension.

Thanks MDWatch for your help. I already had a work in progress tracker so I had some version control issues. I did my best to incorporate the information from both into the latest tracker.

I have also highlighted "Abandoned" or "Withdrawn" cases.

Excel 201: To update cells (i.e. why the summary did not update) press F9 ;)
