I have added one column for NOFs received during state or regional phases prior to transfer to BPC. This may not be too relevant to Philly BPC people but some have a theory it is impacting processing order in Dallas BPC. I will either add “State” or “Regional”, if blank no NOF or don’t know. Please post your updates.

EDD questioned the recruitment process (specifically the periodicals where adverts were placed)

Once they were satisfied they forwarded the case to the Labor Department November 21, 2003.

Hi Everybody :

I lost my original login and password and had to create a new one, I used to be active at the Chicago DOL forums almost 2 years ago..

Well, here is my info for the tracker :

PD : 12/10/2003 (SWA : IA state)
IL DOL RD : (not sure, case status in Snapshot shows source :Region) - According to an email by employer in 2004, it went on Jan -023-2004 - not sure if this is correct.
45 DL: 03/07/2005 (Lawyer mentioned that he replied in march sometime).

Guys, please let me know if I need to be concerned about anything that might seem abnormal, I was just 23 days away from Getting my LCA in 2004 - BRC formation messed it up for me and delayed by more than 16 months...but after reading many of the other experiences, I cannot complain..God help us, coupled with this retro stuff, not sure whether we will ever get GC or not..

Just like everybody else, I have to turn down very good job offers and career growth...hope we can control our work destiny atleast...goodluck to all!!

Did you finally get your screenshot ? If yes could you provide more details regarding your case ? I remember you wanted to get one sometime in August.

If your case made to regional and if you did not have any RFE from State or Region, then you can expect by dec 15th. Good Luck!

I never got screenshot from BEC. However my lawyer helped me to get a status (not sure if it is screenshot). And it shows that my data is only partially entered.

So far, no 45-d letter.

How long should I keep my hope :(
