I got my first screen shot around the end of Sept... at that time the status was Data Review... I got the most recent screen shot on this Monday.. that was blank(status)... I am not reading too much into the blank status meaning its closer to being certified since the pattern indicates that they stopped providing period!!
But it does look like the colorado boxes have finally been opened... carbon dating indicates the boxes date back to around the time Columbus landed face first on the shores of America...
 
how to find out about 45 days letter

Hi friends,
My priority date is 8 Feb 2003 from NY state. I never got 45 days letter. I inquired with my lawyer as well as employer they do not have any information or letter from DOL . does anyone can suggest me anyway to find out where is my application now? this is my 7th year so I am more worried. your help is greatly appricated.

Waitinglist2003, I am also in the same boat as yours. My lawyer says not to worry as the BEC is not processing in the order.

Hi ,
I am worried because I heard only they have replied arnd 70-80% application by now. my application is pretty old and people from NY ,who applied after me ,got their 45 days letter. is there anyway we can ask to BEC about status ?

Labor Subsititution

The following two websites have different information regarding the labor subsititution. The first one says that it is still under reivew and the second one says that it is out of question for the time being. Does anyone know anything about this?

1. www.immigration-law.com. Breaking news "10/31/2005: USCIS Labor Certification Substitution Elimination Proposed Rule Making Agenda".

2. www.murthy.com/mb_pdf/093005_P.html. "Proposal to end LC substitution and require prompt I-140 filing" was withdrawn by DOL due to the pressure from various groups.

Received Labour approval from DBEC for Co-worker

Hi All

My emplopyer just informed that he received a labour approval from Dallas BEC. I only know PD.

PD: 8/15/2003
State: IL
made to Region after state approval.

I don't know which empoyee this labour was applied for.
