Congrats, berkeleybee! When asking for your screenshot, did you email the Philly BEC or the Dallas BEC? I, too, have a PD of Jan 2003, but am still awaiting approval. Thanks!

Labor Cert Letter Received by attorney/employer - <Not Yet> :confused:

*As you all notice my labor was certified on August 15th 2005, I wonder why it took so long to send out the approval letter? :confused:

*Upon approval, does the applicant receive the notification of approval letter too? :confused:

*Who gets the copy of Form 750A & B? :confused:

Hi, JustWatching & mvinays,

Thanks for updating the trackers for all of us. There are 2 TR cases that recently received their 45-day letters from the thread of "Non RIR case, filed with SWA -transfter to BEC without prior advertisement". Because I am one of them (and even worse, I am one of the Enterject victims), I would like to copy their contributions to the tracker. Could you please add these 2 cases to the trackers?
