BEC Priority Date Tracker

My attorney didn't tell me about the Receipt Notice from SFO Region. I figured there was no. But she did forward me a message about the notice from CA EDD that my LC was forwarded to DOL. And the RD of my case is not exact the Received Date of SFO DOL. It's the notice date from CA EDD. I guess since SFO DOL will send all the cases to DBEC/PBEC pretty soon anyway by the time my case reached DOL, they did not bother to issue a receipt. I was very lucky to catch the last train in this case. And the next email I got from my attorney was about receiving and replying 45 days letter. Hope this helps.

Sometimes I feel - Wouldn't it be nice to just get the damn thing over with!

Other's I feel like the captain of the ship, I don't want to get off until everybody else has gotten theirs.

JW - I can feel your pain bud. Just hang in there. One day, soon all of us will be done and we'll look back upon these times and there won't be a need to wonder - where did we get all the patience. :)
