BEC Priority Date Tracker

New to this.....need help

Hey guys,

Basic questions. How do I know the status of my case? How do you guys get those screen shots? Can somebody help me find the ststus of my case?

Here is my info:

SWA : Texas
Type : EB32
LC : Regular
PD : 05/06/2004
RD : NO TRANSFER
45DL : 08/10/2005 - Not answered yet.
BEC# : No idea.

What's going on with Virginia

When I checked the tracker for the people filed from VA, it appears that there is no 45 day letter day received after March 31st 2005. Is there some thing wrong? This is the last row I found in the tracker.

45-day Letter

All Gurus,

Any idea as to why none of the California SWA cases have received 45-day letter even though the ETA# shows that the data has been entered with D-xxx-xxxx.

When can we start expecting the 45-day letters.
Looks like there is backlog in mailing the 45-day letters and the approval letters.

May be they need to establish BECs for sending mails ?

Dallas Priority date Tracker

What happened to the Dallas priority date tracker? It used to be in the order of priority dates (earliest to latest) but now it's scattered all over the place.

you have received 45 day letter to which you havnt replied yet. what more you want to know?

I got my screen shot from PBEC 9/8/2005 saying my case is certified. I was wondering how long it take for us to get the hard copy from the date when the case is certified.

I've sent an email and PBEC replied within an hour or two with my info. Dallas didn't reply yet (in 5 hours).
 
Need some advice

In order to get faster results, is it better to file I-140 and I-485 concurrently or seperately?

Please advice.
