I am one of those guys waiting patiently over the last 3 years for the labor approval.

45 day letter received and replied in April 2005

Hoping for the approval in 2 months ... :)

JW, If you create a separate public xls for new entries in the same format as the tracker, then people could just enter in the fields there instead of a free-format. Also nearly all data would be captured, as sometimes in free-format people forget certain key info.

So the tiny public xls would feed into the large private xls that only you would be editing. After each transfer, you could purge the public xls. This would aid you tremendously in your periodic updates to the tracker.

What's happening with the remanded (From DOL to SWA) cases? Any update on the current date?

Looks like only RIR cases have been moving in BPC. Anyone with NON-RIR case, PD in 2001, getting 45 days letter / LC processed?
