BEC Priority Date Tracker

Yes, I will be doing it this weekend and few more weeks too. Both Txtramdream and Siva showed interest pulling data from BEC's, in the same order. Whoever is still interested in, I will make sure to pass it on to one of them in the coming weeks.

another_fella, I am afraid that I will not have time to devote on this matter in the next few months due to an emergency of my personal life. Siva, could you help take over the fetching from BEC's database to update the forum members here?

online status Certified!!!!

After a long wait of 5 years and 10 months my online case status finally shows CERTIFIED, Unbelivable!!!!.

btw. I had to go through a tough NOF thank God I survived

Just now I checked my case status and it is changed from In Process to CERTIFIED. It took only 3 days from in process to certified.

My ETA# is P-05180-88xxx.

My add was posted today on AJB. I have filed a PERM conversion 32 days ago.

When should I expect the recruitment instructions?
Can we use the recruitment used in PERM?
How is that going to affect my PERM application?
Which process will get the LC approved faster, PERM or traditional?

45-day letter: Received around April, 2006
Replied 01 May, 2006
Dallas BPC.

UPDATE: Lawyer received recruitment instructions March 23rd 2007.
Posting goes up on Sunday 1st April for 30 days.
Then company has 45 days to sort through and responded to resumes.

Any feedback on my situation, or someone that is in a similar position would be appreciated.

tracker correction

Hi msp

my tracker entry shows certified date 23-mar-06 it is infact 07, I wish I had it certified on 06,!!!!. But thax any way keep up your good work.
