Case number Starting with "T"

:confused: My case number starts with a "T" T-05111-XXX
The site does not provide status checks with these cases. Anyone know what that means?

Replace T with P or D and try.

PD is Nov 1 2004,CA/EB3/RIR.
My application is in DBEC and no it did not go to regional before moving to DBEC.

status check site down???

I tried to find my case status by accesing http://www.permlc.com/ and http://www.pbls.doleta.gov/pbls_pds.cfm web site from Firefox and IE browsers

but I get Error Message :mad:

An error occurred upon your request we apologize for the inconvenience and will work to correct the problem please try again Thank you.

Have you guys are doing any magic to retreive your case status. :confused:

Appreciate any input to check the status or what is the best time to check the status if at all it exists :(

Javaguy... try after some time. I got it once and then it went away after some time. It maybe due to some kind of database update on BEC side.

Anyways, I was writing to find out how many of the "CERTIFIED" online status have actully got the Approval letter? My status changed to Certified on the 14th of Sept., but I dont think my lawyer has actually got the approval yet. I was curious if it is the same for others also.

My info is as below. I will update the approval date once I get the official paperwork.

It was not a Perm case, it was an old ETA 750 Case filed on December 2003.

Permlc.com is the website to look the status of backlog centers cases.
 
A Question.

Hi Gurus,
My online labor status still says "In Process". It was filed under EB3 category. I have a question, if we can convert that existing application to EB2 now at runtime. Because EB2 dates are current now. If yes, could you please specify the procedures?
Or Is it just I'm thinking crazy?

Changing from EB3 to EB2 will probably force you to readvertise the position since the education requyirements will have to change. I don't think it is an easy thing to do.
 
Dec03 CERTIFIED online

My lc got CERTIFIED yesterday. Am still waiting for the actual approval letter (Will post when i get that as well). All details are in my signature.

I don't know how the conversion works, but as per my understanding, a job opening may require either EB3 or EB2. Therefore in order to apply under EB2 this should be for another position in the same company. Of course, advertisements will be necessary (as pointed out by MDWatch). Please note that any experience with the current employer will not count in favor of EB2 application.

Just checked the site and my labor application has been certified. Had checked yesterday and it said "In Process". Please update my status on the spreadsheet. Thanks MD Watch and the rest of you for keeping our hopes high and helping me get through this painful wait. My ETA case # is P-04246-0**** and the PD is Jan 06, 2006. Case was filled in Philly DOL.

Congrats AshMan. On elittle confusion though: If your PD is Jan 2006 as you mentioned then how come wait is painful for you ? :) It's only 9 months (standard "Labor wait" period for human kind :) )

From the tracker AshMan's PD is Jan 2003 not 2006.
