Thanks Some_GreenCard, I know you are trying to help by posting updates. I am still capturing information from other forums so it will be easier for now if you just post the update and not the tracker.

Thanks again,

JustWatching

More info on my Case:
RIR, EB3,
Lawyer sent reply on Feb 15th.

Does it makes sense for people to be posting the first number of the remaining 5 to, eg P-12345-4XXXX

this will help determine how many cases are actually there in each batch. Will be very useful in the future to determine speed when cases start getting responses.
But what do i know, i am very new.

I scrubbed the data in the Philly Regional DOL Tracker Thread's Excel spreadsheet and imported it to a clean MS Access database. This will help us query records based on dates and other fields of information. We can then generate statistical reports to churn out meaningful and reliable information. Could anyone kindly import all the data in the BEC tracker's excel spreadsheet to a unified MS Access database? Also, please feel free to add any queries you may want to add. If you want to add reports, please do so. It will help all of us. Thank you all for your co-operation.

Please remove your post from this thread, This tracker is a consolidated tracker that includes Philly DOL, Dallas DOL, San Francisco DOL, Atlanta DOL, Chicago DOL, and all SWAs.

Thanks

Great work of Justwatching! Here I have a question. If you look at the tracker, you will find most cases are transfered from regional DOL with PD after March 2002. If they process regional cases first, doest that mean all the NY SWA cases will have to wait, although they have earlier PD? It then will be forever for NY SWA cases. 2 year later?

I believe (becuase I would hope that is true) that although letters have been sent out out of order as it relates to PD, actual processing will occur in order of PD so actually it will be NY cases getting approved along with other cases including regional cases.

AFAIK, they will clear out all regional cases before they start working on SWA cases.

I guess we will find out soon enough...

But, New York SWA cases from 2001 have begun to be entered into the system already and I believe we will begin to see letters for them (us) in April.

Then we will see if it is true FIFO based on PD or not.

I dont think there is any kind of real FIFO. There is a FIFO for SWA cases and another for Regional Cases. Then, internally within these two FIFO queues, there are two queues, one for regular and one for RIR cases.

As per Page 3 para 2. BPC will start adjusting cases on begening of October 2004. But we are at 1st March 2005. Still to hear a single approval from BPC.

Please don't bet on DOL/BPC. Just wait and watch. let's see what BPC follow in practice.

Thx
