When we were in the Labor stage my company filed bankruptcy. It was one of big bankruptcies after which CEO got arrested and recently he went to Jail. But this did affect anyone’s Green cards.
So if the company is big enough and if it can support the employee even in bankruptcy Chapter 11 It should be OK.
Only if it goes for Chapter 13 there might be problem because company is getting dismantled

I have asked the same question a few immigration/bankruptcy attorneys and they all said no, unless some fraud from your side is discovered during your bankruptcy proceedings.
