A question to those who got interviews. Remember
we had discussion a while ago reg 140 being approved for CP
or 485. Did any of those who got interview letters
had their 140 approved for CP. In the 140 approval letter
it will be written yours is approved and a copy is sent to NVC,
New Hampshire etc etc.
The reason I am asking this is they seem to ask
for the original I-140 petition (am I right?) and lawyers
seem to have it. So is it a moot issue that we were
discussing. i.e., it does not matter if I-140
was approved for CP or 485 as long as we have original 140 petition.
I asked this question to my lawyer and he says they have original
140 with them and they can provide if needed. I do not take
what he says 100%. (company lawyer) He does
not seem to understand the seriousness of my question.

It's too early for me & you to get the interview letter from INS. It takes people from 18 to 22 days after the TD to get it. We are not there yet. But I would expect that yam should hear something really soon, if not already.

August Transferred
It looks like all July transfers but none August transfers got interview scheduled.
My lawyer said it takes around 4 month for Baltimore INS to schedule a interview.
I am afraid that Baltimore INS will schedule our August Transfers interview in December.

We knew this before that Baltimore calls for Inetrviews 3-4 months from the TD, but seeing the current scenario, where ID is being issued (within 15-20 days from TD), we wish Baltimore keeps it that way.
Did you let your lawyer know about the July TDs and their interview schedules??

Interview letter received for AUGUST transfer!!!!

I'm new to this forum and I just wanna let you all know that I just received my interview letter today. I got my husband's (applicant) letter today and I hope mine will come tomorrow or in the next days.
