Badly needed information

Hi all,

I have H1b approved petition of 2005 quota. I didn’t go for visa interview for due to my personal reason. Now i want to go and employer also interested on that.

Are there any possibilities to reject for following reasons?

1. am going for late interview

2. The cost of filing was less on 2005

Note: I had been there in usa on B1 and L1

These are not too big of a reason to get the H1 rejected. It may still get rejected but you should definitely try. If you do not try then it is already rejected.

Before going to interview prepare a good reason as to why you did not go for stamping earlier.
