I'm a US citizen sponsoring my wife and toddler for immigration Visas. They're about to have their interview, and now my wife has had a baby.
I cant prove 5 years physical presence in the US, so the newborn cant become a citizen automatically.
Does anyone know if my wife and toddler will still be able to enter the US with their immigrant visas, along with the newborn, despite the fact that the newborn has no visa yet?? Or will they have to wait for the newborn to get a Visa as well?
