Hi: My uncle got his B2 visa stamped in 2006 but he didn't get a chance to visit US yet, though my aunt did get in same year and visited twice. Visa validity is for 10 years. Apparently one of my uncle's colleague told him that he should visit US before his service retirement (in April next year) as it might be an issue after this retirement. "Probably i believe retirement may cause some issue in when one goes for visa stamping as there a proof has to be shown for strong ties back home and employment is one of that", but not after visa is stamped which is the case here, am i right? Does it matter at all even if you don't visit in entire 10 years or visit anytime within the validity of visa. I haven't heard anything like this before. Please guide. Thanks
