B2 visa overstay question

Hello everyone I'm new to this website and I have a few questions about my current situation. I came to america when I was 10 on a b2 visa and was brought by my parents. I have been here since and today I was arrested by ice special agents for the reason of a mistake at a flight school that the flight instructor put me down as us citizen for his own benefit of getting money because of having another student. Now I face court within a few months to decide if they'll allow me to stay or deport me. I have graduated from high school and am currently 19 and have plans to become a helicopter pilot and live with my current girlfriend in the us. She's an american citizen except she's turning 17 so getting married isn't really an option yet.

What kind of chance do I have of being deported ? What kind of things should I bring up on my intentions with living in the usa? My country of origin is unknown to me since I've lived here for most of my mature years and english is my first language although the second I leaned. Ice agents said that the chances of me adjusting my status are really good since I have no criminal background. If that is so what adjustment would this be? A temporary stay or would I be elligible for citizenship? Thank you
 
First of all don't trust a word that comes out of a ICE agents mouth, he is not working for your best interest.
Secondly at age 18 after you gained age of majority you should have done something about this, now come clean with us folks here atleast at this forum because we will provide unbiased opinion so the BS about not knowing your country of origin is not necessary here. We care less about where you are from and just provide opinion to help. My 10 year old sings like a canary if somebody ask him about his country of origin even though he was born here.
Your only viable option is marriage, she can get married with her parents consent and in some states they even take 17 year old as adult.
Because your overstay after you turned 18 could only be forgiven if you get married to a USC.
There are other options but marriage is probably the easiest and least expensive if you truly intended to get married to your girlfriend anyway.
 
what I mean by my country of origin is unknown is that I haven't been there in 8 years and I already started to forget the language. I went to school here for most of my life so I would be lost going back and wold have trouble doing college in a language other than english. Do you guys think they will wanna deport me? If they did and th dream act passed would that let me stay? The marriage thing would be my last option
 
I know which country I came from... It wasn't my fault my parents brought me here. And my chances of staying are very high. I spoke to my lawyer and he said I will be legalized. Anderson24 you have no idea what your talking about, they only ban people for 10 years if you were caught overstaying here multiple times smart one.

10 year bans are given to those who overstay by 360 days or more past their 18th birthday. It doesnt need to be multiple times at all. Just the one overstay will do it.
