b2 visa apllying again

hi
i applied for b2 visa when i was in college to visit my brother but i got denied under section 214 (b).
after 2 years i finished my studies and now i work for a big oil company with a good salary but still young and single i am 22 now and i plane to apply again . my mum and dad got their visa and we are planing to spend the summer holiday for 2 weeks in USA with my brother . do i have any chances of getting a b2 visa in my situation
notes that my brother is not an American citizen he is a doctor on J1 visa .

thanks triple citizen ,but do you see that my situation changed significantly from the last attempt?
only a new job with a good salary but still young and not married ? i really don't want another rejection on my record ??

A job is a significant change. With regards to having another rejection on your record, just remember, "no pain, no gain"
