B2 to H1B conversion

hi

I have some queries regarding B2 to H1B conversion

I came to US in Oct 2004 on B2 visa but i could not file the H1B then as the quota was over so i applied for an extension of stay and that got approved thus giving me a 6 mth EOS and now my B2 is valid till Oct 2005....In the mean while due to some reasons i could file my H1B only in July 2005 (i did not do a premium processing) now based on this my concerns are:

1) Can i do a premium processing now?
2) Am i still in status after oct since my H1B petition is pending?
3) The processing dates for vermont service center is currently showing April 26 do you think i wud get a reply before OCT

Pls advice....

B2 to H1 is tricky and risky, suppose you get your H1 as new in Nov 15th and you are still staying iu US you are out of status, some embassy may not stamp your h1.
3) The processing dates for vermont service center is currently showing April 26 do you think i wud get a reply before OCT

some time possible. Converting into Premimum will reduce your risk considerably.

B1/B2 to H1b or H3

Dear Mr. Guru,
Please advise on what to do. I was in CA from April 6 - May 24, 2005. I was given 6months to stay but I stayed only almost 2months. I plan to come back by January 2006. Will there be any chance that they will give me again 6months. Please tell me also of the my chance to convert my B1/B2 to H1b or H3 since I am only a Graduate of a 2year College Course (Diploma). A company wants to hire me but he told me to have my status change to H1b or H3. Please tell me on what to do.
