B2 rejected urgent help

HI Freinds..

Im H4 holder and hubby is on H1B..As im going to give birth to my baby iin 2months i want to invite my mom..n send her to visa interview on 2nd of feb 09..unfortunately we forgot to enclose my passport copy..so her visa got rejected...

so now we are planning to send my mom along with my dad for stamping..does this work...can we send them at a time...what do u suggest???


If so we need to send coverletters to both separately?and even affidavit we need genarate separete to both..

and what else are required?

please help me out soon as im planning to send them in feb 2nd week..

yeah because of that missing she got rejected...now if we sent her along with my dad there vl be any issues of rejecting both of thems???
 
You never answered my question. Did the consul specifically tell her why her visa was rejected or are you assuming this missing document resulted in the rejection?

hmm..no consul didnt mentioned the reason in that refusal form..she got rejected under 214b...
 
The cunsul asked some questions it seems she answered all of them..and atlast consul asked for the passport copy of mine them she said its not there...then the consul gave this 214b rafusal letter and asked to reapply....thats why we are thinking bcoz of that missng doc she got rejected..
 
Just as I suspected. She was not rejected just because you forgot to send a copy of your passport. She failed to convince the consul that she will depart the US after her temporary visit.

If we send both of them to stamping we need to provide separate coverletters and affidavits...what reasonwe need to mention in the cover lette of my mom..
 
No harm trying. I think "visiting daughter" is good enough a reason. I wish them good luck!!!
