Hi, I live in Illinois and i applied for B2 extension for my parents at VSC instead of CSC. Will the application get rejected?

Most likely they will forward to the correct cntre and the decision will be delayed. Alternatively they will return to you to forward to the correct centre. Please wait and watch.
