B2 applicant in London: Help please!!

Hi,
I am a Bangladeshi and studying Masters in Northumbria University, Newcastle ,UK. I am here in Tier-4 student visa.My parents are US PR and my sister is a citizen residing in New York. I hv a plan to visit them during the March 2013. I find out, i need the following documents for application

1. Confirmation page of DS 160 and the interview appointment letter
2. Passport (including old passports) and the visa fee
3. Bank certificate (5000 pound , enough?)
4. Letter from the University, showing i am a full time student there.
5. A photo (as per specification)

Do I need any affidavit of support from my parents or sister? Any more documents needed ? Can I apply in December/12 to fly in March /13?

Thanks Almighty. Today got my passport with 5 year multiple B1/B2 Visa.

US Embassy London at Grosvenor square is really awesome. My interview on 17th January was scheduled on 10.00 am, and i came out from the embassy just at 11.20 am!! It was a very short and enthusiastic experience!

I only expected 14 day visa but was rewarded a 5 year multiple!! I am so happy!!
