B1 To H1

Hi,
I am currently on a B1 visa and have got a new job on a H1B. The visa has been approved and I need to get it stamped on the passport. The question I have is, Can get it stamped in Canada/Mexico or is it better to go to India to get it stamped?

It is always a risk especially if you dont have a US degree to get H visa in toronto. For others the risk varies. Mexico has been lenient for H4 transferees. There is always an amount of risk involved.
