My father has a 10 year multiple B1/B2 visa ( 8 years left on the visa). Presently his last name is Kumar and the visa has been issued on the Kumar last name.
Because of the property reasons he has to change his last name. Will it affect his Visa status?
Would he have a problem at the POE if his passport is endorsed on the 2nd or 3 rd page saying
"Observation"
Holder's last name at page no. 1 may be read as Harish Kumar Sood"
