his daughter in India applied for visitor visa to to enter usa for 1 month during summer holidays in May. rejeted 3 times 2006, 2009 and 2012 april. (sponsored by her dad us citizen also has applied for green card under F3 category.
rejected reason was you wont come back to india even though she showed properties and children school admission for
Tragedy happened son in usa died in september 2012 auto accident not his fault (Visitor own brother) a case has been filed in usa against the driver.

everytime her dad in usa applies for supporting document visa has been rejected. this time can she applies by herself to come to usa. sponsor by her husband
