B1/B2 VISA - ENTERING USA ON DIFFERENT PURPOSE

Hi,
I have B1 / B2 Visa Issued for 10 Yrs, I have recently visited US for the First time and returned back by One month. This visit was for a family occasion.
I run business in india, would like to visit USA once again in Jan 2016, for Business purpose.
I have the following doubts.
when I applied for my B Visa, I said the purpose of my visit is family Occasion,I have mentioned the same to the Officer at POE.
1. Should I go back to the US Embassy once again in India for Business Visa?
2. If No, when I enter USA and say to the Officer at POE, that I am coming to USA for Business, what proofs he require?
3. Is it OK, for me to enter USA with in 4 months of coming back on a different purpose?

Kindly advice.

A1: You can use the same visa
A2: The admitting officer may want to know what all you intend to do, who all you intend to meet, where all you intend to go, etc.
A3: Yes, it is ok
