Retrogression affecting Dependent GC

I got my approval in dec 2004 .EB3 .But my wife didnt get an approval. We were oblivious of the retrogression fact till July when i applied for her AP .
That triggered an RFE on my wife I-485 and we got a medical RFE which we responded on AUG-26 .However its been over 2 months and we havent heard back

Now I read on this website that EB3 cases were already affected by non visa number availability way back in JUNE.
My question is what are the chances of my wifes visa falling into the retrogression trap.
here are the details

Self
Priority dt:08/20/2001
GC AP dt:12/30/2004

Wife
I-484 Applied Dt:04/2004
EAD issued :07/2004
I-485 RFE - 08/2004
RFE replied -08/26/2004

If your (and therefore your wife's) priority date is no longer current, then yes she is affected by retrogression.
