Dear Sir/Madam,
Me & my husband were granted above mentioned Visa in sept.2005 on the request of my niece, who was under our care as the parents were not well, got married (Feb.07) to a Canadian citizen(Indian origin) settled in US and became a victim of domestic violence. We were granted 10 year multiple visa by the US embassy at New Delhi.Subsequently, her husband persuaded her to get our visa cancelled and unfortunately on the instance of her husband she sent a false complaint to the embassy. And the embassy official called us over the phone to the embassy without telling the reason took our passport and revoked the visa and that when parents of my niece gave a written letter to him that she is no fit state of mind to take such a drastic decision but to no avail.
After sometime again the same situation re-occured i.e.the same domestic violence and again a police case there at US . My niece regretting her decision spoke to the same official at the embassy and again we were called for the interview and granted the visa for one year in Feb.2006. We did not visit US during this VISA duration. The first time visa was revoked we sent one representation to the embassy which was unanswered .
We had undergone lot of humiliation and insult. This is still a nightmare for me. Please let us know how we can be helped in getting the revocation order cancelled and get the justice. I am in possession of all the documents in support of the above
Regards
