Awaiting Administrative Processing Results

Dear All,

My spouse and I have been for interview for DV lottery. It is the second time we have been for interview. the consular was impressed about the interview. He told us we've satisfied all the condtions except that they are awiting results of administrative processing. What does this entail? Anybody with an idea?
