wow!, WAC-263 and EB3?

Didn\'t EB3 become current only on 7/1?, how did INS even start processing the application?
 
But Mat Stopper mentions he is from INDIA

which became current only on 07.01.01.
Looks like he got lucky and one of the $20,000 INS employees let him slip through
 
Mat Stopper is that you who applied before PD become current???

If i remember properly, you send your application 10 days before the PD become current.
If you are the one, and got APPROVAL., we are all happy for you. You the LUCKIEST one.

This is just AVM message, yet to see the notice in mail. May be two month INS mail backlog helped me.

I have been in the same boat. FP done 01/02, processing resumed
on Jan 17th ( I called the AVM when I saw your posting :)) My Wac is also 01-263-XXXXX .
I will try my luck today

Based on your case they started picking up cases that are "resumed" as of 01/17. Its a very good news.

Got the approval by mail today, will go to San Jose on Monday for stamping, and will share more after the stamping
