AVM Messages

i did call the IIO last week and she told me the samething but

i did call another one on the 20th of this month and she told me that i have to wait another 6 to 8 month. I guess, they are more confused then us. GOD HELP US ALL

RD 7/9/01, Same message :"On march15, received response...."

Talked to an IIO today,
and I was told :

Nothing wrong with the case,
It is with an officer
The message maybe an error,they didn\'t send RFE,
Will be decided by July, because they are taking about 1 year for I485,
He would be nervous if he received such a message.

i have been getting this message since march 8th as well

i have talked to IIO so far one has told me that my case is with an Officer and the other one told me that it was bad message and will take another 6 to 7 month for my case to be approved. It seems like that each IIO has his/her own interpetation of this situation and that make me more confused!!! as i said before only God can help us from here on end.
 
my case

I spoke with 2 IIO\'s and both never said it was a wrong AVM.
Infact they said the same thing like in the AVM.
yes we got the reply from you to the RFE on this date etc.
I asked them if they could resend the RFE since me nor my attorney never got it.
she said she will send a mail to the officer incharge of my case.
this happened like 2 weeks back and nothing has happended so far.
god help us.
 
sounds like that me and you are in the same Situation and only God can help us!!!

Let us hope for the best and if you find out anything please post as soon as you could. Thanks hamed
 
My case is approved

i have been hearing the same message since March 8th no progress yet !!!
