AVM Message changed on my I-485 case

Hi,

Today, I dialed into AVM and found that the AVM message for my I-485 case has changed, and now says something like, "On November 16, 2001 finger print were collected and are pending review...."

It seems like they have received my finger prints from FBI.
I did my FP on 11/02/2001. So, the AVM does change after INS receives the Finger Print results from FBI.

I guess its a good sign.

PD : 01/2000
RD : 04/2001
ND : 06/2001
AP : 07/2001
EAD: 10/02/2001
FP : 11/02/2001
AVM changes on November 16,2001

Waiting for Approval now.

To my surprise, my AVM has also been changed to : "On November 16, 2001 finger print were collected and are pending review...."

Hope fully, INS will start approving may/june ND cases.

mine too

It said that it was collected on November 9th. I did my FP on Oct 23rd.
Same applies to my wife.
 
Does this mean that we are in system 1?

Because our FP information can be accessed using our WAC#.
 
Same with me,

I spoke to the IIO on 16th morning and she said they got our finger prints on the same day i,e FP date 11/06/01. She found this with my WAC#. Today I checked the AVM and it says "on Nov 16th we received your FP ....pending review". There seems to be some kind of a inconsistency....

Well is it in System 1 or System 2?. I think it is hard to guess.

Checked on 17th - AVM message not updated for me (rd= apr 18th)

But then, most of my AVM updates have been late!
 
Msg changed but IIO had could check FP quality info only using A#

I had done FP on 10/13 and AVM had changed on 10/17 to \'FP collected\' but around October end, IIO could check FP quality only using A# which implies still in system 1.

Did mine on 10/09 and on 10/13 message changed to
"FP collected .. pending review".

I\'m asked this question before, can someone ask
an IIO what this means?

Does it mean we are in system 1?
Does it mean our FP are ok?

This will save future waitiers a lot of time.

I called IIO on Nov 8th they said on
Nov 5th my case was moved to the shelf
waiting for an officer to pick it up.
They also said my FP were good quality.
 
AVM changed for FP done on 11/13 too

It says "collected on 11/16 and pending review".
FP scheduled: 12/8
FP done: 11/13 in San Jose ASC
WAC-265
RD:7/2
ND: 8/23
 
AVM Message Didn\'t change (11/18)

I did FP on 10/20 at SJC but AVM message says old message "FP sent to you....". It didn\'t change to "Receive your FP...". Looks like our FP is still to get into syatem 1. Anybody with same message? How long it\'ll take to get into system 1?

AVM Message changed recvd FP on Nov 11th,

I checked AVM message today and it got changed to "FP done and
recd on 11/09/01 .... pending review". Not sure still how long will
it take to get Approval notice. Lets hope for the best.
 
Will AVM be changed if FP notice mailed, but not done?

I wish to be able to know the FP notice latter be sent or not by AVM.
