Hey guys,

Is there salary range restrictions for obtaining TN status? I just accepted the job for $45,000 annually plus bonus and they said that they are familiar with TN process and will type up the letter. This the only company I found that will help with TN.

We went through this before in your last query. You really need to think about your questions.

If you're a rocket scientist, then yes it's too low. You're not providing enough information.

If memory serves me correct you are going in at entry level as an economist to perform financial analysis. Based on everything you've shown, that salary is fine for you for now.

Look at the list of TN professions and it's obvious they will all pay different salaries.
 
Thanks guys for all your replies...yes it is sort of an entry level position. As long as there is no certain restrictions on salary range for TN status I think $45k is right for this position.
