GOT THE RECEIPT NOTICE - MD: 8/28

I got my receipt notice from my lawyer yesterday late evening for me and my wife & the details are below.
MD ---- 8/28
RD -----8/22 ( Don\'t ask how? But it is; as per the Receipt Notice)
ND -----9/24
WAC ---- 01-291
Category -- EB2
PD ------12/00
Waiting for all the approvals soon.
May be INS wants to expediate the process for all the people. ie y they gave the prior RD; just a guess.

Physical receipt or AVM

What you mean by AP received. Did you get the physical copy of the approval for AP or heard thro\' AVM that it got approved? Post all your details so that it will be easy for us track.

You applied for I-140 in both EB-2 and EB-3. Did you submit original LC for EB-2 and a copy (let me know if it was notrized)for EB-3. Did you submit additional documents to link these two application.

I have recived the actual approved AP document for me and my wife with our immigration photo on it.
