RD - Date app. received at CSC via tracking #

Sorry for the confusion, everyone. By RD, I meant, the day the
application was received at CSC. I got it from putting in my tracking
# at USPS. I assumed that was the RD.

Notice date: 9/12/2001
Attorney got it: 9/18/2001
EB2 Priority date 12/2000

Hello All,

Got receipts 9/21. WAC-01-286-XXXXX.

I have a question. I got the receipts directly from INS. I had a bad relation with my lawyer and I was wondering if it was due to something he did that I got the receipts directly. I don\'t know if it is good or bad to get the receipts directly. Generally the receipts go to the lawyer directly.

Is there something I need to worry about ?

Normally if lawyer represents you then he/she is suppose to attach G-28 along with your application. If your lawyer didn\'t do that then all receipts etc. will come directly to you, also only you can enquire about your case.

Probably your lawyer made a mistake while attaching G-28 see following link...

Got Receipt.

Mail 08/10. Dont know when it arrived INS,
Receipt # WAC_01-285-xxxxx.

A friend mailed 08/17. Got receipt too. Receipt # WAC-01-288.

Both EB2.

My MD is 08/13. Hope to get receipt notice soon. Will we also get EAD and AP receipt notice with I485 receipt notice?

RD 08/10/01; ND 09/17/01;

Lawyer says they received the AP, EAD, 485 receipts. They said they
would be mailing me the copies, will update with the WAC#s once I
receive them.

My attorney told me he got cash receipt for me yesterday. How long will I get I485, EAD, AP receipt notice after cash reciept? Thanks!
 
Don\'t know about cash receipt

I was also just told that the law office received the receipts and the
ND and that they would send me copies (that too only after I requested
for the WAC#s and copies).
