I485 approved on september 11.
EB3 other. I did not get the notice yet, but the message said the notice was mailed.

Can you please tell me where you live because in my experience the applications of applicants living in the same area with similar ND are looked at by INS at around same time.

Also I assume your ND is Sep 99 and RD is Aug 99 .

Your ND is earlier than your RD.
Please can you recheck your ND and RD and post?
In my case, my RD is Sept 3 1999 and ND is Sept 23 1999

Approved on october 11 not september.
My PD october 1998. I am from other(west africa).
RD august 25 1999, ND september 16 1999.
I live in upper darby PA, but my local ins is in philadelphia.
I live one mile from philadelphia.

I hope this will help.
Good luck to every body.
I will post my stamping experience as soon as get my approval notice.
