Any second FPs for august filers

I could see august is quiet for quite sometime....


Is there any body with RD/ND in August

Yesterday I got my case trasferred from VSC to Baltimore. No second finger print notice yet.
I-140 EB1-A AD 11-06-03
I-485 ND 8-28-02
FP 11-02-02
 
Received 2nd FP

We recieved the 2nd FP notice in the mail on Friday - 3/12/2004. The notice date is 3/8/04 and the date of appt. is 4/2/2004. I think this was prompted by our recent application for 3nd EAD & AP which were filed on 2/25/04.

Finally some movement for us!!

RD-AUG2002 - 2ND FP

Recieved 2nd FP notice dated 03-05-2004 on 03-12-04. The Fp scheduled date is April 14th 2004. Tried to go an do an early FP in Glenmont Maryland but was turned down inspite of the fact that the center was nearly empty this Sat. Anyone has good suggestions/reasons to get an early finger print done? And will an early FP help us AUG2002 cases?

Completed (barely) 2nd FP

Did 2nd FP on Fri. 4/2.

We almost missed our date. We were scheduled for 8 am but forgot about the appt. and went to work as usual. Around lunch time, I looked at my calendar, called my husband and quicly went to the service center. Being a Friday afternoon, the center was absolutely empty and no one questioned our appt. time. Was in and out in a total of 15-20 minutes.

Phew!

2.copy of all passport pages
3.tax return for last 2 years
4.employment verification letter

6.copy of all I-797(H1B approval notice)

got 2FP scheduled 6/12/04

Hi, there,

Got 2FP notice mail, scheduled on 6/12/04, Newark, NJ. However online status remains same(my 1Fp results received, and case resumed bla bla bla....)

My I485 info:

ND:8/27/02
1Fp 9/27/02
NO RFE
EB2-NIW
VSC

Got a question:
Does that mean I passed the RFE stage, no more RFE will be generated after 2FP result reviewed later.

Nope. Nothing can be assumed.
We have seen, on so many occations, folks getting RFE after FP2.

Hopefully you may not have to go thru that.

Here are my details..

RD: 08/14/2002
1st FP: 09/17/2002
2nd FP: 03/24/2004
No RFE
AD: ???

Even though my 2nd FP's were received by USCIS on 3/24/04, the date on the USCIS website are continuously updated every day or so.. the last time I checked it says my FP's were received on 5/3/04.. may be a bug or some problem..

May be its a good sign...?
Mine did the same for one month.. kept on changing every 4 days. And finally it says it was approved.
Details: RD 08/21/02. Fp2 03/21/04 AD: 05/06/04. I got an email sent to me after the approval and did check online/phone. Have to wait till I really get the notice, I guess.

movement on AOS

I got RFE for employment letter and medical, submitted waiting
for reply. I no longer work for my previous employer and my current
salary is much lower than before, job duties are same.

Has anyone gone through this before ?
What is average response time for an RFE ?
