Got EAD card last Sat.

Approved 11/17. According AVM it is mailed at 11/27. Got it at 12/01 for both I and my husband.

PCee, my ASC should be Oakland, please update.

I also got my Finger Printing done on 12/1/01 in Phoenix ahead of schedule. Pretty simple and easy process.

No questions asked.

EAD approved. PCee, Ciba please update my status

As per the AVM our EAD is approved on 12/02. 12/02 was a sunday I do not how it says it was approved on 12/02. It says the "after approving on ...
..a card is ordered and will take 100 days". We took iEAD from SFO a week ago. Now this is approved. Guys any idea how long it takes to get the card ?

Could you please update my info. EAD was approved on 12/01 according to AVM. Card has been ordered and still waiting. I\'ll post it oince I receive the card. My wife\'s EAD is still pending. Do es anyone know how long does it take to get the card?

Mine too EB2-RIR . Please update in your database.
I thought people who are applying in EB2 normally always goes by RIR & thought it was default.
That is the reason why I didn\'t mention about RIR.

FP notice received 11/28, sched at Santa Rosa (?) on 12/27. Everybody should start receiving his/hers very soon.
EAD also approved as per AVM 12/04.

Both me & my wife AP & EAD got approved on Dec 6th.
The FP notification too got upgraded like "collected the details on such & such dates & pending review"
Details:
FP scheduled: 12/21/01 FP done: 11/30/01
AP : approved on 12/6/01
EAD: approved on 12/6/01
Moving towards the final hearing.

my EAD approval details :

1. AVM says ( 11/20 ): " after approving ...card has been ordered "
2. AVM says ( 11/26 ): " This case has been approved "
3. Attorney receives the EAD approval notice ( 11/28 )
4. I received my EAD card ( 12/7 )

I\'m anxiously waiting for my EAD card to arrive as I\'ll have to travel to India anytime soon. I don\'t have my H1 any more. Do you know if they also accept EAD approval notice in lieu of the card at the port of entry?

My details are
12/03 "...card has been ordered"
12/06 "..case had been approved"
 
I donot think POE would accept approval notice in lieu of the actual card .....just my thoughts

If your H1B is valid and have time left on that ...then you don\'t have anything to worry ....use your H1B at POE( port of entry )
