RFE for EAD received

by attorney, asking for two photographs. Somehow INS does not like
the pictures taken, though my I-131 was approved fine.

I checked the AVM and it said that my FPs were received by FBI and are pending review. They received it on 12/17.
 
Got RFE for EAD

I got RFE for EAD, because of signature card. Also no FP recieved as
yet. Anybody with same situation.

Location: Huntington, Virginia

I gave finger prints at the Huntington, VA location on Saturday. They didn\'t ask any questions. There were hardly any people that day. The whole thing was done in 5 minutes. Ridge breaks, dark finger prints, etc. etc. I have no idea what all those mean. Hopefully, not everything is bad news ;-))

They asked me if I have my work permit with me. I think it\'s for the A#! Not sure. I had it and gave it.

i checked my AVM message this morning. it says "on jan 4th we have mailed you a letter requesting for additional evidence".i wonder what would it be for..

any guesses/help
