Proof of money transfer means the mode you send the money to your family like western union or money gram or any other mean and your bank statement. It’s not mandatory but yes, you have to keep with you, all these documents establish the prof of relationship with your wife and kids. Also keep the educational documents of your wife and kids. Never knows if he asks them to show.
 
last week i got receipt number for i730 for my family and while i wants to add the case or check it on USCIS tracker it says INVALID what could be the issue and how to solve this?

You are entering wrong number or missing any digit. Check your status in your USCIS account or Online Case Status Check instead of any 3rd party app.

I checked all of them hundred times but i was able to add them to my uscis but can’t see any history

According to my lawyer they will have to stay 365 days physically in the US then they can apply.
 
Does anybody know after the family get i730 visa on passport what is the duration of the visa how long they have time in their home country to fly to the US

You don’t need to login. Your case falls under I730, just wait for the next step. Maybe tomorrow the status will change to IN TRANSIT. After about a week the status will change from TRANSIT to READY. Then after two weeks you may receive the interview email. So, be patient, You don’t need to do anything. I730 applicants do not pay any fee. Just wait and check your status daily.

Hi everyone, am here to share my I-730 journey so far- Embassy is Johannesburg South Africa

I petitioned for my 12yr old daughter 03/2022
Submitted an expedite under humanitarian reasons 11/22
Case approved On December 6, 2022
USCIS did not send my case to NVC, I had to go to the congresswoman’s office after 2 months of no communication
NVC received case on 03/20/2023
March 29, 2023 - Congresswoman emailed me that my embassy was not accepting I-730 at the moment and NVC will put the process on hold until further notice
05/20/23 Congresswoman sent me an email from NVC with an update saying my case was ready.
05/21/23 I had to contact NVC because they never sent me a welcome letter- they replied with the invoice number and I checked my case was on READY.
06/23 and 10/23 I contacted the embassy asking for an interview date, they replied that the case is under review.
12/07/23 I emailed the embassy to expedite because legal guardian is no longer able to take care of my daughter but they didn’t respond.
12/14/23 I went back to congresswoman and they contacted the embassy
12/15 Embassy sent me an interview date for 01/18/24
Now I am gathering documents, they told me medicals will be after the interview. I will be back with an update please help me to Pray guys

The guy that is helping me at the congresswoman’s office is keeping consistent contact with NVC and Embassy, he sends me updates every time he checks on my case. I guess that’s how it works once you go and ask them for assistance, they will respectfully push the constituents to speed up your process. I didn’t know that congresswoman could help with the embassy overseas too.

It’s really a painful story. But don’t worry. They will not ask too much questions from your daughter because she is under 14. Just keep her birth certificate, educational documents, passport and pictures with you and your spouse if any. But in the whole story, your spouse is missing. Where he is?

Thank you! Am not together with her dad, he gave me custody years ago and he is not involved in any way. The embassy never asked anything regarding that so am not sure if the court paper alone will be enough. Also @seeker512 do you know in what form they want to see the pictures? Printed out or on the phone?

My case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction and I received transfer notice from Delhi, it will be 19 days today and how much time is applicable for the interview letter to come?

Just print the photos on a glossy paper
