Any Delaware filers 2002 approved ?

There was a spate of activity three weeks ago for 2002 delaware filers getting their FP2 notices. Then nothing. Any approvals ?

I got my FP2 on Oct 9, due to incorrect address routing. although I had filled AR-11 and called Customer Support. Completed on 12 th and confirmed VSC received it on 15 th. The site status message or LUD never changed.

I am just concenred that if approved, the notice may again go to the wrong address and get delayed. There is no point in calling the support, since they have no clue of what is going on and are least bothered as to what the actual status is. They will just ask you the routine questions and send out an AR-11 form, as if all the INS case delays are only due to wrong address. They don't even allow you to finish your query.

If anybody DE 2002 is approved in last few weeks, please update. Thanks

I am still waiting....

My 485ND is Sept 2002, got RFE on March, did my FP2 on Oct.5, 2004. Still waiting for the approval......

By the way, I contacted Joe Biden and Tom Carper to complain the irrational processing of those 2003 filers while leave the 2002 filers behind. I contacted them by emails, but only receive their standard courtsy auto-reply emails saying they will work on that blah blah blah... I have a feeling that they are not going to help us.

It is really frustrating to see the unfairness of the 485 processing in Vermont. God-damned..

There is nothing change for LUD.
If there is anyone get approved from Delaware, please post on web, so that we can have some encouragements. It is very unfair for DE applicants. We have been waiting so long if you compare with other people.

Couldn't agree more... just think about jsmith, waiting so long and then what? Transfered to phily! Meanwhile other people filed 1 year later than him already got approal. As we know, Phily interview is notoriously slow - you are lucky if you get it in 12 months. That means another year - that's so unfair, for god's sake he got EB1a approved in ealier 2002...

Taffiny, did you call FBI to check your FP2? Good luck.

I know atleast 2 people who have got approved last week. They all did their 2 FP in first week of october and their RDs are late 2002.

I am still waiting for mine. Hope we all get ours soon

Approved finally

Got the emails this morning that myself and my wife's I-485 have been approved.
Nothing for my son so far.
We did our 2nd fingerprints on 25th Septmeber 2004, so about 6 weeks from FP2 to approval.
It has been a long tortuos journey that is almost at an end.
We submitted I-485's in May 2002, two and a half years is a long time waiting.
 
Approved finally

sorry forgot to add that my LUD changed on 11/4/04 but the message did not change, so I was hoping something was about to happen last week or this week.

I did submit an expedite request about 2 weeks before I did my 2nd FP, that may have helped, who knows !
 
Thanks. It's in your I-140 approval. If your company sponsored your GC, then it is EB2 or 3. Not NIW or Outstanding Researcher or Extraordinary Ability...

jsmith is EB1a(Extraordinary Ability) and he iwas transferred - I just want to see if there is a pattern here.
 
My friend filed I-485 Aug.2002 in DE. She moved to VA 2004. She did 2nd FP in Dover Oct. 2004. Yesterday, her case is transfered to DC.

My second FP was done on Oct 6, 2004.
