Hello there,
I am planning on applying for admission to a University for Masters Degree and will have to attend classes on weekends and/or weekday-evenings. I checked with university and they said I will make a great candidate for the program and I should go ahead and apply.
Now before I submit my application, pay fee and collect all the documents for them, I was just wondering, what if I get fired or laid-off from my job. How will I be able to continue my degree in that situation? Travelling 2/3 times a week between Canada and US probably won't make any sense but that is also an option. I probably should also check with university folks to see if they can provide me student visa or something in that kind of situation.
I would appreciate any suggestions on how to deal with this or should I forget applying for Masters' altogether.
Thanks
