There is a huge gap between the RFE received date and CIS received date? When did you send your response?

First of all , Congrats!!!

My LUD's are the same as yours. what is ur ND and PD. Hopefully we will get our GC sometime next week. I am so frustated with all this waiting !!!!.

PD = 1/16/01
EB3
FP = 3/04
2 EAD's
2 AP's
RFE response RD = 1/12/05
I485 AD = 1/20/05

Updated my info

updated the spreadsheet with my AD.
Although I only recently started posting here, I have followed this site for years. I think it is an excellent forum for people to share their experiences. Thanks to the sponsors for providing.

To all .. why after relying RFE so much delay

I replied my rfe about 3 weeks back mine is AC-21 case (I have sent all docmentationI can) , I saw there is no pattern of approvals i mean some people getting approvals in a week some are waiting for more than 2 months and even year. I know it is no body's guess but at least some eductional guess from some please.... is it because AC-21 as I did n't see anybody with AC-21 or mood of beloved adj officer . I know all are from NSC.. and most people's RFES are straight forward
anybody feel same way I know approved people say wait.. wait :)
