Guys,

just a quick question. Does anyone know if companies like Verizon, Citi, Oracle, PWC, etc file for labor from any of their office locations other than where the person is employed? Please let me know ASAP.
 
Guys,

Is experience accumolated during a job at the university (similar work as my current work) while pursuing my masters at the university counted in my years of experience?
 
Your experience at university does count as long as you put it in your resume the right way and back it up with experience letters.
 
hi friends, why this thread is so silent today no approvals from anyone????.
I spoke to my HR guys today and they called DOL and they said my case is assigned to an officer and they don't the status of my case as of now and asked me to wait for another two weeks.

Tamil_GC, I said I don't have case number, but my attorney or my company guys will have the case number, our company policy is not to give case numbers to anyone.

we got aksmks also on the same date... Hope we will graduate soon on the same day...
 
A guy in my company got his approval this past Monday. His case was filed sometime in early April. Atlanta DOL seems to be crnaking up case pretty fast. Hopefully they can keep this speed.
 
I wish we could encourage this type of fast processing. Send them cards or thank you letters or something.
 
The processing dates DID NOT MOVE AGAIN. The DOL website was recently updated. That means that they are still processing Feb cases. EVERYMONTH it is the same thing. It has taken them 6 months to move through december and january and feb.

Aghhhh! No hope!

Relax and try to stay calm. :cool:
If you read our thread for past 2 weeks you could see lot of approvals for March and few cases for April also... So there is nothing to worry and dates in DOL website is still Feb casess.. i guess this to avoid lot of phone calls..

Hi Guys,

BAD NEWS:
Sorry to inform you all that Ms.Elizabeth Sledge(EJS),Certifying Officer is again going on leave for 6 weeks.During this period she will be attending those cases in which she received reply for NOF/RFE's.
NOTE: She has 6 boxes of cases where she received repies.Hope some good news for those who submitted reply and waiting for APPROVAL.

Need to be patient some more time.RIGHT
