A NOF, or Notice of Findings, is the DOL/SESA equivalent of an RFE. DOL has made a determination, or Finding, in your case and wants you to correct the preceived error, to take some other action, or to convince them that their finding is erroneous.

Can you guys please post what RFE are they sending?

RFE to check whether the job exists, or RFE about the advertisement or something else.

It helps us to understand what is going on.

If more people are getting the same kind of RFE, then it would mean it is kind of religious for them to ask it, and it is not at all your problem.

desidon,
NOF to employer is normally an intent to deny or sending it to NON_RIR. It would be advisable for your attorney to call the DOL and talk to them .

NOF is not indent to deny or convert to Non-RIR. Remand to state status would be indent to convert to non-RIR.
 
its been over a month there has been some action on my labor certification, but the AVM still says received. So i am pretty sure the AVM is not being updated.

Does anyone know how frequently is the flcdatacenter updated?

I don't think they update the disclosure database very often. I guess, they will update only once or twice a year, not more than that.
 
now that means there is no way to know the status on the case except from employer or attorney. awful service on part of ATL DOL. what if the LC is lost in mail? status unknown and employer still waiting for certification. makes no sense and terrible way of adjucating.
 
Question

Fridends, I am newcommer in this forum.
As per the website information, my application was sent to Atlanta in Dec 2002 for Federal Labor processing and looks like NOW Atlanta is processing the applications they received in Dec 2002.
Did any one in this forums has same kind of situation as mine has his/hers application approved so far?

My employer has just returned the ammended form ETA-750, Part A to my attorney. The US DL wants to see that my company will accept a U.S. degree or foreign equivalent before they certify my application.
