DOL ATL Dates

Thanks for your response rajeevnair32. I checked with AVM and also on
http://www.flcdatacenter.com/casesearchperm.asp
Both show my date as 28 April 03.
Lets see how long it will take DOL to process April cases.

I came to US through ACE Technologies and I worked for them about 3 years. But now I am workig for different company.

December Guys call your attorney and ask them about your labour. Since they are working on last week of December and January, who knows your cases might be certified !!!.

I will call my lawyer today and If there is any news I will update you all.

Remanded To employer

My employer just called me and said my LC has been remanded.


Reason:
If you recall, my original ETA 750A & B were lost my atlanta and it was resent to them few months ago. However the copies were sent to them and now they require the same form with original signatures. I will be signing them and sending it to the attorney today. Hope I will get an approval in 2-3 weeks after i send it again.


Guys... any experiences ? advice? information please!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear that. But, its not a big deal just about month in delay in approval.

Friend of mine had a same problem with Chicago DOL where they lost some docs and needed original signatures. Case got approved within a week after they received the forms...

From what I heard, as long as you get in the information that's required, there should not be any problem. Just unfortunate that they will still be buying time with your LC application, due to their inefficiency

Dont worry pashwin. I believe that your case will be approved once you send in all your documents.

Expect to get reply 15 days or so after sending the documents.

I think many of the Dec guys are getting approved. Good! This means that Atlanta DOL had worked for last 10 days. Great effort from their part!

Amendment to Labor

What kind of changes in job responsibilities would require an amendment to the original labor applciation?
Is it worth it?
