re: atlgc

atlgc, may I ask if you are from Atlanta, since you used atl...? If so, can you post your local SESA case information? We have not seen any approvals for GA SESA for cased filed in May, 2001. I have been waiting for more than 1.5 years now. thanks a lot.

I've been told that my case was sent to ATL DOL in early Oct.
It's been three weeks already, but it is still not in their system.

Is this normal? How long normally took them to do that?

I tracked the system, the latest case they entered is back to August 10th. They haven't updated the system for the past three weeks.

Gurus, please advise.

Takes 2 to 3 weeks

Takes 2 to 3 weeks. Mine was sent to atlanta from Tennessee on september 30th and they said it would take atleast 3 weeks before they could enter my details into their system. (We called them on October 22nd). So, just wait and relax. Can't do anything...

Hi TNSEA: Are you using RIR or ...?2 to 3 weeks, it's pretty fast. My lawyer is still preparing materials for me (Tennessee). Do you know any info (especially Tennessee) about labor certificate under special handling for educators? Thanks.

Hi,

I am sorry I typed it wrong in my last post. The latest date in the system is 10/08/02. Also based on tracking the system, I learned they update the system every 2-3 weeks. More like every 3 weeks in past 2-3 month.

So we should expect another update in next week. "Update" I mean they input new cases in the system. I don't know how soon and often they update case status.

Why does it take so long to update the phone retrieval system? It looks like it hasn't been updated in a month...

I don't know how the process works in ATL DOL office.
I called them and knew my case is in their system now. But when I check it using auto system, it is not there.

I think you should call them. Your case is next to be updated in this group, 5/13/02. Hopefully they are working on it now.

Let us know what you find out.

I'd rather wait till they will update the system... I hope that they do that at least once a month.

Congrats! Where did you get the info, from the automatic system or from your attorney? I just want to see whether or not they update their auto system recently.

Which date was it being approved?

Thank you.

Attorney said so. They haven't updated the system, thus I don't really know the exact date.
