Hi, first i am sorry for my english grammer.

İ have been here almost 10 mounths.İ came with f1 student visa. i want to appy for asylum because of my religion.i am from turkey,my religon is different than muslim, most muslim people believe ( in turkey) we have incest relationship and we dont have god and we are cristian.but these are not true.

i can not go back to my country. in turkey the goverment is islamic,they have been goverment almost 10 years and they hate us.my religion my is Alevi. i have alot of video in youtube how they treat us bad.
İ have along bad memory about my country and how they treat me.when i was 12- 13 i had sexually attack by muslim guys, when i was at the university 5-6 guys atack to me and i can not walk normal anymore. i have pain in my back, and its not gonna go never away.İ have 4-5 psychical attack. i can prove to some of them, but also i can not find prove for some.
i do not want to go back. please can you give me advice ? am i able to apply asylum ? do i have enough strong case ?

efekar, I'm sorry to hear your past experience in your own country. But your case for asylum strong or weak can not be judged by any of us. Only people can decide that will be either your asylum officer or immigration judge. If they think your fear is valid only then you will be eligible for asylum in US.
My suggestions will be get a good lawer ( Expensive one's aren't always good ) who can present your case in a manner that IJ ( Immigration judge) can relte you with your past condition. Ofcourse you have to face the asylum officer first but don't get dissapointed if they proceed your case to IJ ( That's mostly happens ). Most asylum cases are granted through IJ.
In a nutshell your time to explain all these are very limited therefore utilize the time in a convincing manner.

I'M SO SORRY about your situation..i understand your pain cause i'm survivor of torture also..
OK..where are you? if you are in NEW YORK STATE/./i can tell you two institutions that can help you in your case and help you in differents ways..but if you are in new york..if not...i can tell you cause you are christian to go to some charity churchs who can help you with free lawyer service...so i will be waiting your answer and i can help you sending the information here in this forum but in a private message...
don;t feel desperate..but YOU HAVE TWO MORE MONTHS TO APLY..cause is almost 12 months...you need to aply before the year...so is time to do it..

Please can you help me ? i found one attorny but he tells me i have to go CA for interview. is that correct ? i am living in seattle. do i have to go the office ?

Seattle belongs to CA office. CA office will adjudicate your case. I don't know if you have to go there or not. All I know is that seattle belongs to CA office

You should apply as soon as possible because you only have 2 months.
 
Thnak you very much, for helping i talked to attorny until 5 th april i have to apply. i begun to prepare for prove and write essay, i am almost done. next week i hope so i will apply. i hope my prove is enough.
