Hi, I got deported from U.S. to back home (Pakistan) and at present what options do I have to come back to USA. Here’s my story I applied for an asylum but somehow I got into federal trouble reason was I didn’t pay my taxes, and also they gave me prison term for 30 months but I was lucky enough to get out early; due to some incident happen earlier before I got in trouble with federal. At my work unfortunately somebody murdered a person front of my eyes, and I was the only individual who was the eyewitness of that case so the county detectives made a deal and offer me some time deduction. However, they took me to the court hearing and I told the judge what I saw and it was understandable well then after that hearing I was almost done with my prison term and they send me back home now I’m here and trying to get back where I was. Thank you for your time reading this now please give me some advice also can I apply for Canadian visa does Canada has to do anything with my USA status or is it completely different??? Any input will be really helpful thanks.
I forgot to mention why I submitted here because my case was in pending as an asylee but i was in jail so i didn't get chance to go to the court hearing and i didn't know anyone or neither I was able to contact my lawyer because I was run out of money and I couldn't think of anything because I was in the situation where you're helpless.
