I am an asylee with the green-card. My 75 years old mother goes through difficulties and problems in COP. She is all by herself, local police insulted her and doesn't help. What can I do to bring her here to US? Thank you very much for any advise.
How long before you become an American citizen? You can only sponsor her when you become a citizen. Another option is having her apply for asylum if her life is in danger.
She tried to apply for a visa-no success Something like human parole would work, any ideas? Any letters to White House would help?
Really bad situation there, she desperately needs to leave.
